Hair is not included you must add your bundles or closure to the cart for your creation of your wig.
Our services in constructing you a beautiful and affordable Custom made Wig made with up to 3 three bundles of hair. You have the option of adding more bundles for an additional cost. we suggest for longer lengths it would be best to add a forth bundle but it depends on if you like your hair to be full and thick. we can also add a closure for a full wig made. Our wigs are hand sewn using the fold over method. We do not cut the wefts until the very top of the wig.
We do not cut or style the any wigs. We will however, layer your wig with different hair lengths that you add to the cart. wig caps are included . (HAIR IS NOT INCLUDED) you must add the bundle you want to the cart thanks.
Since our Wigs are custom made to order, we can not accept returns nor do we provide refunds. As soon as you place your order with us, it goes into production. If you need to cancel your order for a custom Wig, you MUST do so by 12pm the next day. After this time, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Therefore you can not cancel your order a couple of days later simply because you changed your mind.
Also, Under Federal Law you cannot return human hair products which have been used, due to hygiene purposes. We are not responsible for any alterations that the customer does to the hair, for example chemical processing, coloring, cutting, or texturizing.
If for any reason our company has made a mistake with your order, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your package to qualify for an exchange ONE EXCHANGE PER PURCHASE (this includes U Part Wigs and full wigs). Also, the hair must remain in the exact state as it was when you received the package to qualify for an exchange. We suggest that you fully inspect your package upon receiving it .
